Say it isn’t so! ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers find that star Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) has revealed that he has tested positive Covid-19. As a result, he will have to cancel all of his plans and quarantine or the next two weeks. Here’s what you need to know.
Steve made a video for Coastal Entertainment and informed fans that he wouldn’t be able to attend the upcoming tour stop he had in Boston with Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli). He wrote, “We have to reschedule this August tour and we are so bummed out by that because it was already rescheduled. Long story short, I was exposed at work I tested Wednesday, I tested negative and then I wanted to take another test before I got on an airplane to be safe to come out and see you guys and then I tested positive.”

Of course, it didn’t take long at all for both Steve’s fans and detractors to say something about the matter.
Many of them took to social media to comment with, “So because he seems to lean right politically, people assume he’s an antivaxxer. It would not surprise me if he were vaccinated and is asymptomatic and will be fine,” along with, “I don’t understand this assumption that he is unvaccinated. I am vaccinated and still got Covid. Thankfully, because I was vaccinated, it was “mild” still felt crappy though. The Delta variant is a game changer. I hope he really is asymptomatic as he claimed. I hope it has not spread around the GH set.”
Another fan wrote, “This is why you vaccinate. If Disney’s requirements hit the General Hospital set, I have a feeling we’re going to see a few firings. Plus, it makes me wonder who he was working with that *might* have exposed him, though, I’m not completely buying what he is selling. Though, Nancy Lee Grahn has called out the fact she works with several people who are unmasked and unvaccinated. Sad this is happening.”
