‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that we haven’t seen the last of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). In the most recent episode of GH, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is left with only Dex’s dog tags.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) informed Joss that Dex was still alive but that he had left town. Joss spat at Sonny, telling him that he was a criminal and a liar and that she would never forgive him for this.

Dex appears to be long gone, and we have no idea if he will return. However, spoilers indicate that Joss won’t give up on her true love.
Joss has never experienced before the way she feels about Dex, and vice versa. Joss will ultimately confide in her mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), that she won’t allow Sonny to keep her and Dex apart.
Carly understands Sonny’s business. Hell, she ran his business while he was off in Nixon Falls Square dancing with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Many would say that Carly is the REAL Mrs. Corinthos.
But Joss won’t listen. She may even set off to find Dex and be with him. They could be the next Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
But in all likelihood, Dex will go somewhere he can’t be found. Sonny will make sure of it, and Joss will be left heartbroken.
As if by coincidence or a miracle, Joss may end up pregnant by Dex. She will feel frightened and alone, but the first thing she will do is go to Sonny and tell him.
Joss urges Sonny to tell her where Dex is hiding, but he refuses to tell her at first. She will argue that Sonny is a family man and Dex is her family.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny Will Bring Dex Back to Port Charles
Dex is the father of her unborn child, and she may even be able to convince him to bring Dex back to her. If there is anything that can sway Sonny, it’s the well-being of a child.
We think that Sonny will not only bring Dex back but also allow him to work for him again. Undoubtedly, he will see this as the only acceptable game plan.
Dex will want to be a real father to his baby, and he loves Joss, so he won’t hesitate to propose to her. OF course, she will say yes.
Nothing can bring families together like a new baby, and Sonny and Carly will come to feel like Dex, too, is family. It will be exciting as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returns.
Spoilers tease that the real threat to Sonny and his organization is a brainwashed Jason Morgan. He may have been kept alive by an enemy, maybe a Cassadine?
We could see a not-so-dead Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) or Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) using tarot cards to control and trigger Jason to go after Sonny.
Regardless, Joss will not give up on Dex. Sonny could easily change his mind and involve Dex again in his business. He will realize that Dex has his back and won’t betray him.
