General Hospital spoilers for Monday, September 29 to Friday, October 3: Two miracles?
First, General Hospital spoilers indicate Liesl was thrilled at first to see Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) alive and well. Until, of course, she realized Britt faked her death. Now, she has another surprise in store. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will break the news of Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) own return from the alleged dead.
We know from another promo there will be drama between Liesl and Britt, which Nina will have to referee. But, eventually all three will head to Nathan’s room, where Liesl will see for herself her son’s alive. We’re curious how she’s going to handle this. Will she be happy, or think he faked his death, too? We know he didn’t. The scenes after he woke up made that obvious, but we’re sure Liesl will be on her guard. Unless she gets filled in on his memory loss.

Elsewhere, there’s a clip where Alexis has a knife at her throat. We wonder if this means Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) managed to escape and now he’s getting revenge. If he’s smart, he’s just going to scare her. Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will obviously be angry with her mother and sister for this stunt. But that will pale in comparison to how angry she’ll be if Ric harms Alexis in any way.

In other General Hospital spoilers, someone in Port Charles is expecting. Fans most are leaning toward Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) getting pregnant after sleeping with both Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). A “who is the daddy?” thing is expected, but we have another thought.
The promo shows Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) during part where a pregnancy test is shown. And it sounds to us like Molly is the one asking someone if there’s a chance they could be pregnant. We argue there’s just as much soap potential for this option as well. One, she is supposedly single and living a secret life with the WSB. Two, she’s not supposed to see Vaughan (Bryce Durfee) anymore. A pregnancy would create quite a few questions for Joss. It would also complicate her job and be a hard thing to handle emotionally if she can’t be with the father.

Finally, the will reading is on at the Q mansion. Erika Slezak’s character will be there with the rest and says, “Well, this should be interesting.” From what we’ve seen of future teasers, we’re counting on that.
