First, Brook Lynn talks to Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). We assume she’ll pass along this deal Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) proposed to release Blaze’s music independently.
We hope Blaze is willing, because we think it’s a great idea. And, at this point, it should be a relief to not have her mother micro-managing everything.

Elsewhere, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) seeks out Anna. She’ll want to know if Anna can reach Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).
We’ll assume Laura is not aware of Valentine’s crimes yet, and this involves Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) leaving school and being unreachable. Especially since Laura just recently visited Charlotte’s mother.
We are looking forward to Anna’s discomfort. She really blundered this whole Valentin situation, much like she did with Peter August (Wes Ramsey). So, this should be the first of many such conversations she has to deal with. We’ll see how long she can keep her part in his escape quiet.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Monday, July 22: No, really?
In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Jason’s plans go awry. John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) informs him Jason’s days as an informant are far from over. Like one couldn’t see that coming a mile away! Cates is under severe pressure with the Pikeman situation.
The higher-ups wanted results and he didn’t deliver the bad guy. So, he’ll use Jason to deliver someone or something else to save face. Even if he had caught Valentin, Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) warned Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) this would happen.
As long as Jason could be useful, he’s never getting free. We still say he should’ve just ignored Anna and got the evidence himself. Or handed it over immediately, instead of waiting as Anna asked.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Monday, July 22: Tense moment
Finally, Sonny makes a request of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). We guess Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) visit inspired him to teach out to Michael. As far as the request, we assume it has to do with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and the custody issue.
Going by the promo, this conversation goes bad fast. We don’t blame Michael in some ways, but after what he did, he shouldn’t have expected Sonny to brush it off and move on.
