    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Monday, January 22nd reveal Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) made a questionable choice, in our opinion. Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) takes action regarding Ace.

    Plus, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) have some wedding planning ahead. Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘General Hospital’ spoilers For Monday, January 22: Protecting Ace

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal we were pleased that Laura didn’t approve of Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Chavez) choice to hand over Ace to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss). We believe she is 100% correct in thinking a life on the run isn’t the best thing for that baby.

    And it’s got to be traumatic for the child to be with someone who is a stranger to him, with no trace of everything and everyone he knows. And we also believe the danger from Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is mitigated by how many people are looking out for Ace.

    So, she’ll consult with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about the legal avenues regarding Ace. We think it’ll be tough to get him back, but there are definitely a lot of reasons for the police to try.

    As for the consequences of Spencer’s choice, it seems Esme will feel she’s in a desperate situation with no support. So, she’ll visit Heather Webber (Alley Mills) again. And there is nothing good that can come from Heather getting involved in this situation.

    As for Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), she and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) engage in a battle of wits. The thing is, Scott has no idea he’s at a disadvantage here. Tracy is well aware he and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) are scheming. So, we see her leading him into a trap he won’t be expecting.

    Elsewhere, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was worried about Drew’s behavior. She had good reason, in our opinion. On Monday, January 22, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) reels from Drew’s decision to replace her at Crimson with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

    We really hope he’s playing another joke on Nina with this. We admit we haven’t been watching nearly as long as other viewers, but we doubt Carly is up to this job. Running a hotel and a magazine are two different things.

    It requires someone who is knowledgeable about journalism, photography, and layout. And a fashion magazine requires all that and contacts in that industry. Sadly, we think Drew is completely serious. Why else would Carly have a sudden desire to hire help at Bobbie’s?

    Finally, Brook Lynn and Chase have a question for Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison). We’re pretty sure they’re going to ask him to play an important part in their big day. And we’re sure Gregory will not hesitate to take them up on it.
