‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal that Esme Price (Avery Kristen Pohl) is faking her amnesia. It was part of her plan all along to trick Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) into believing he is Ace Cassadine’s (Joey Clay) father.
Many twists and turns are yet to come with this storyline, so get buckled up and ready for a wild ride.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Esme Remembers
When Esme was working with her dearly departed Dad, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), to help him break up Nikolas’s marriage to Ava Jerome (Maura West). Well, mission accomplished.
The two split up, and Ava left Nikolas for dead after she gave Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) incriminating evidence against Nikolas to help Spencer get custody of baby Ace.
Granted, she only did this after finding out Esme was pregnant with her hubby’s child, but no love was lost between them.
Nikolas held Esme captive in Casa de Cassadine, and she jumped off the parapet to escape. When she woke from being unconscious, she supposedly didn’t remember who she was.
Yet, she very much does remember….
Upon finding out she was pregnant, Esme called her baby Ace, which was, oddly enough, what she called her unborn child when Nikolas locked her away.
Even though he never got a DNA test, Esme may be fooling everyone that Nikolas is the father. Nikolas took Esme at her word, which shouldn’t be enough.
Remember, Esme slept with Nikolas and Spencer, not too far apart, and she did it on purpose.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Esme is Avenging Her Father’s Death
Ryan was a despicable, devilish character, and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Esme is the same. She even tried to kill Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno) and drugged Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Esme may have hid it well, but she is reeling over her father’s death. She is furious that Ava took Ryan’s life, and the best way she can get her revenge is to keep the lie going.
Esme knows a thing or two about Nikolas as well. She knows the best way to get to him is by getting close to his son, Spencer.
She even chose to live with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and his wife, Laura Collins, hoping that Spencer would move in and bond with Nikolas’s son, Ace.
Everything Esme does has an ulterior motive. She hasn’t changed. She’s the same troublemaker she always was.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Esme Isn’t Done Yet
Everyone believes Nikolas skipped town to avoid prosecution for holding Esme prisoner, but it is only a matter of time before Nikolas makes his way back to Port Charles.
He will make Ava pay for trying to kill him, which will fall in line with Esme’s plan to take down the Cassadine family.
Ava is nobody’s sucker. She will have Nikolas’s head on a silver platter. Ava will not allow anyone to take Avery Jerome Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) away. Nikolas will, of course, push back.
Ryan’s goal was always to take down the Cassadine family, and she will be carrying out his legacy.
