General Hospital Spoilers: Prison Has Made Drew Hungry for Revenge
Prison sure has changed Drew’s sunny disposition. He has been lashing out at those he feels are responsible for putting him behind bars and hurting him and his lady love, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
Drew replaced Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) with Carly at Crimson after Drew fired her. Carly enjoyed the look on Nina’s face when she walked into the office. You know what they say about karma, Nina?
However, Drew’s rampage is only just beginning. Micheal has known about Nina tipping off the SEC since October at Sonny Corinthos‘s (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves’s wedding.
He chose not to tell Drew or Carly and instead used the information to control his wife, Willow Corinthos‘s (Katelyn MacMullen) relationship with her mother.
Instead of coming forward with what he knew, he blackmailed Nina. But what’s done is done. Drew is taking his revenge plot one step further and making Michael pay for not sharing information that would have changed exactly nothing.
Drew and Michael have been planning a move against Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), isolating Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) from the action.
Carly understands why Drew is upset with Michael. However, when Drew sets a plan in motion against Michael, Carly shuts him down very quickly. How will this affect their relationship?
There is a big split up coming. It’s only a matter of time. Drew giving Carly a job as editor and chief at Crimson benefits him more than it does Carly.
Carly planned to make Bobbie’s a real success and an establishment that would make her mother, Bobbie Spencer (Jackie Zeman), proud.
General Hospital Spoilers: Drew Wants to Make Michael Pay
Drew handed her the opportunity to get revenge against Nina by taking her job. But she didn’t realize that Drew wanted her to have Crimson full-time.
That is not something that Carly had entertained. She believed this was a quick one-and-done punch to Nina’s gut, not an actual career change, not to mention a potential war against Nina if she took Valentin up on his offer to create a new magazine that would go up against Crimson.
Drew and Carly will be at odds if he tries to take revenge on Michael. Carly loves her son unconditionally and can easily forgive him for what he did.
Even though Drew and Michael are family, he wants revenge on all fronts. Drew told Carly that while he solely blames Nina for what happened, he still needs to have a “chat” with Michael.
So when the confrontation escalates, it could spell trouble for Drew and Carly. Spoilers indicate that their relationship will be tested. Carly could very well walk away from this new man who is just out for revenge.
Drew may want to further the revenge plot against Nina. However, Carly could resist the idea; Drew may take it out on Michael instead. His pent-up aggression isn’t healthy.
Maybe Drew physically attacks Michael, and if Drew thinks Carly will stand for it, he has another thing coming.
