    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal we might actually see a long-awaited reveal. Yes, we’ve had a lot of close calls already in the baby swap, and most of them have not worked out. With Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) comatose, we figured that the secret Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) revealed would stay hidden. However, the preview for tomorrow hints otherwise. Here’s what you need to know about Wednesday’s episode. Let’s start with some Quartermaine drama.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Quartermaine Turmoil

    First off, we know things have gotten tense at the Quartermaine house since Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) showed up. Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) fought with her over the holiday about Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), while Brook Lynn and Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) fought over Thanksgiving dinner disappearing. For those who missed it, she took the heat to look like a helpful person. ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that Olivia will still be feeling the sting of Lulu’s comments about being abandoned, as well as Dante refusing her letters. She’ll express a desire to help, and it seems she and Lulu will commiserate over their situation.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sad Goodbye

    In other news, we know Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) is also facing a painful reality. Namely, Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) condition. Over Thanksgiving, Sonny got a reality check when Mike lost it and couldn’t remember him. Griffin Monroe’s (Matt Cohen) return only confirmed what he already knew. Mike’s nearing the end of his battle, and Sonny will have a hard time facing it. The promo has him refusing to watch his dad die. That won’t be the only problem in the Corinthos house…

    Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is apparently getting more impatient by the day. She’ll tell Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) she needs out of there now. This is most likely related to Lucas being in that coma and Brad being injured still as well. She might think Wiley needs her. This may be where things go really wrong…

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Baby Swap (finally) Over?

    So, we know fans have been begging for the return of Michael Corinthos’ baby and the end of this story. We might just get our wish tomorrow. In the promo, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will admit to Harmony (Inga Cadranel) that Wiley is not her grandson. Now, whether this revelation comes from Nelle, Brad finally talks, or someone else, we don’t know. Other clips show Julian admitting this whole thing is his fault, so it’s possible he could decide to come clean about everything. Of course, there’s also the chance Lucas wakes and remembers what Brad told him. We’ll have to wait and see how it really goes down.
