‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers suggest that Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) may decide to fight for Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) when he arrives back in Salem and Leo learns that his true love has moved on.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Leo Feels that Javi Made Him a Better Man
DOOL spoilers for Friday, April 10th, reveal that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will react to Javi’s news that he has a new man in his life, while Leo wonders if he’s making a mistake.
While Leo feels that Javi made him a better man, Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) accepts Leo for who he is, brings Leo excitement, and encourages him to chase his passions.
Dimitri recently bared his soul to Leo and expressed to him how much he loves him. Yet does he love the person whom Leo has worked hard to become, or does he love the old Leo?
In the April 9th episode of DOOL, Dimitri and Leo shared a kiss, but Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) interrupted them. She wanted Dimitri to drop his investigation.
Leo presented Dimitri with an ultimatum: give up his futile quest to score proof that Gwen was the one who arranged for his kidnapping and subsequent involuntary stay in Alemania, or they couldn’t start their new chapter together.
Dimitri reluctantly agreed to let it go. However, once Javi comes back to Salem, Leo likely won’t end up with Dimitri. Right now, Leo is confused about what he wants.
Leo is definitely attracted to Dimitri, but deep down, he doesn’t really see a future with him. While he does have complicated emotions regarding his past with Dimitri, his heart now belongs to Javi.
Plus, since Dimitri admits he enjoys the “bolder” side to Leo’s personality, he doesn’t exactly inspire Leo to behave with integrity. He’d much prefer Leo to break the rules.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Dimitri Is In Love with the Old Version of Leo
However, Leo wants to continue to improve himself. He’s constantly working on himself and is in therapy with his favorite shrink, Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
Spoilers hint that once Leo discovers that his true love, Javi, has moved on, it will give him the incentive he needs to fight like hell to prove to Javi that he’s really the man for him.
But is it too late? We have no idea how serious Javi is with this other man, but we know Javi isn’t likely to make a full-fledged commitment to this other person.
Javi was obviously lonely and heartbroken after his doomed wedding to Leo. However, the second he saw Dimitri, Javi was quick to give up on Leo.
We think Javi is incredibly insecure. From the moment he saw Dimitri, he was intimidated and decided that Leo would go back to him, no matter how many times Leo told Javi that he was the only one for him.
What would really change if Leo decided to fight for Javi? We have to wonder whether Leo is actually wasting his time with both men.
Despite Leo’s past, he’s a good person. He not only wants to follow his heart, but also his moral compass.
Leo deserves someone who sees the best in him and wants to pursue a relationship with him that won’t end simply because of fear and insecurity. Is Javi the one?
