‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers suggest that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was 100 percent right to stand up for herself at Rachel Black’s (Loreli Olivia Mote) hearing in the March 25th episode of DOOL.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Kristen Knows As Long as Judge Dabney’s On the Case, She’ll Be Treated Unfairly
On today’s DOOL, Judge Dabney (Karole Foreman) read Kristen the riot act for perjuring herself and confessing to shooting her brother, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
The truth is, of course, that Kristen’s daughter, Rachel, shot him. The judge is threatening to force Kristen back to prison with an illogical and ridiculous seven- year sentence.
However, the judge has no idea what the full story is and is treating Kristen very unfairly. She’s almost looking at this case from a biased perspective.

The same judge who allowed Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) to turn into kangaroo court is ripping Kristen to shreds for protecting her traumatized ten -year -old daughter.
Granted, many of Rachel’s actions have been dangerous, and she definitely needs help, but what Kristen did for Rachel was actually quite heroic and selfless.
Kristen is correct that there is no way she’ll be treated fairly by this judge. DOOL spoilers for tomorrow indicate that Kristen will become even more defiant as the hearing progresses.

Not only that, this unreasonable woman in a robe kept interrupting everyone who tried to talk sense into her and explain that there were extenuating circumstances she didn’t understand.
Hopefully, Rachel will eventually get a word in edgewise if the judge ever shuts up. Poor Kristen was locked up when she was innocent, and her only crime was protecting her young daughter.
Some may argue that Kristen should have allowed Rachel to take responsibility for her actions, but remember, this was before Rachel even remembered what happened.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ Pushed Kristen to Confess to Shooting Him to Protect Johnny
Kristen believed that Rachel couldn’t handle the trauma of the situation and did what she felt she needed to do as a mother.
Rachel accidentally pulled the trigger on her uncle. She didn’t really know what she was doing. Once EJ arrives, maybe he can clear all this up.
No one expects EJ to come clean and admit that he pushed Kristen to confess to protect his own son, Johnny, from prosecution. At the very least, however, he’ll tell the judge that Rachel didn’t really mean to shoot him.

EJ will also make it clear to Judge Dabney that Rachel shouldn’t be punished or sent to juvenile detention.
DOOL spoilers, however, hint that this hearing won’t go according to plan. We have to wonder exactly what that means.
It wouldn’t make sense for DOOL to have a new actress come on the soap to play Rachel and then immediately send her away to juvenile detention off-screen.

That said, Stacy Haiduk was recently interviewed and admitted that DOOL had basically “put both her characters, Kristen DiMera and Susan Banks, to rest.”
So, it would make sense that this might be how they (hopefully) temporarily retire Kristen. The judge may put her behind bars for committing “perjury” for a while.
Never mind that Kristen didn’t even really commit perjury since she wasn’t legally under oath. This judge irked me the first time around, but her recent treatment of Kristen has really ticked me off!
