‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal that in the DOOL winter preview, Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk), Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) find bones in the DiMera crypt.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Do the Bones Belong to Rachel Blake?
The bones discovered weren’t marked in any family member’s mausoleum spot. We strongly suspect that the bones belong to Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle), and that could be why Kristen was seen sobbing in the video.
Interestingly, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is the only member of the DiMera family who isn’t trapped in the crypt. Fans know that early this year, Kristen’s mom, Rachel, was about to make a deal with the Salem PD. She wa set to turn on EJ in exchange for her freedom.
Rachel Blake was going to testify against EJ for his role in kidnapping Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Even though we know EJ isn’t heartless, we have to wonder if he killed Kristen’s mom to keep her quiet.
We would like to think that EJ wouldn’t do that, but it’s curious that after EJ sent her away, we never heard from “The Woman in White” again. Kristen has wanted to know where her mom is for several months.
After all, Little Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) shot EJ when he wouldn’t tell her where her grandmother was. He was very vague about what happened to her.
Now, it looks like EJ is definitely in the process of bringing a DiMera back from the dead. In the December 1st episode, he was talking to “someone” in the cryogenic chamber. We suspect it may have been Stefano DiMera (Joe Mascolo).
That said, someone has to be behind these kidnappings. Did EJ kidnap the DiMeras and stash them in the crypt as part of his nefarious plan? Kristen thinks EJ may be responsible.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ’s Recent Behavior Has Been Very Shady
Admittedly, EJ’s recent behavior has been all sorts of shady. He’s been working on a “resurrection” with our favorite mad scientist, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay).
Whatever he’s working on is top secret, and fans want to know what he’s really up to in that secret lab where he’s conducting his “experiments.” It’s obvious Stefano will come back in some form.
While Kristen and Tony were digging around in the crypt searching for a way out, they noticed that a family member’s name was mysteriously missing on a plaque.
We highly doubt the bones belong to Stefano since he was the patriarch of the DiMera family, and while his body was never found, we don’t think his bones would be reburied in the crypt.
Eventually, when the DiMeras come up from the crypt, Rafe will give them the closure that they need when he identifies the bones.
Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier) will also return soon. He’s Kristen’s brother and Rachel Blake’s son. In the preview, Kristen apologizes to someone in a hospital bed, while the person demands that she “get out.”
Right now, all the DiMera family members are in the crypt, which would give EJ the opportunity he needs to make a major power move. Is this all leading up to “the Phoenix” rising again?
In the preview, we see the DiMera family standing in the living room of the mansion. Of course, EJ is positioned as the head DiMera and proclaims, “The House of DiMera will not fall.” We never doubted it for a second.
