‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal that the 2025 DOOL winter preview features a lot of goodies to unpack, so let’s get right down to it!
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: The DiMera Crypt Is a Full House
The preview is epic and starts with several kidnappings that will evidently take place as Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Theo Carver (Tyler Joesph Andrews) have seemingly joined Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) in the DiMera crypt.
The first scene shows Chad, Kristen, and Tony staring at bones. It looks like that will set the stage for an enticing mystery that will play out in the coming months. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) finally reveals who is in the cryogenic chamber.
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) identifies the bones and reports to EJ with some pertinent information. Next up, Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) is in Bayview, and it looks like she has a visitor: a very coherent Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd), who may have been faking her catatonic state all along.
Elsewhere, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) receives a package containing a mysterious white powder that turns out to be a potential bio threat. After he opens it, he warns Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) not to come any closer. The next shot is Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu), ready to take care of business.
Meanwhile, the Horton family Christmas has Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) continuing the Horton tradition of each family member hanging their own special ornament on the tree.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Romance and Family Are Alive In Salem
Shockingly, there is a pregnancy twist with Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens), who delivers the news to her husband that the stork will be visiting her and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) very soon.
Next, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) has a special request of Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) as he declares his love and proposes to him in front of the whole Hernandez family, who all feel the love.
Philip Kiriakis (John Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) make a real attempt at coupledom. We’re unsure whether she keeps the truth about her corporate espionage a secret or if she decides to come clean.
Stephanie and Alex look like they are moving forward with a wedding, while Cat Greene (AnnaLynn McCord) seduces EJ. We think she’ll start to fall for him while in the process of her secret ISA mission to investigate EJ.
Additionally, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) fires Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), presumably for dating Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), while Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) tells him she can’t stand to look at his face.
Later, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) makes her dreams come true as she and Xander hit the sheets. EJ shows Paulina Price Carver (Jackee Harry) exactly who is in the cryogenic chamber.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: MAJORLY High-Stakes
There is also a scene in which Gwen and Kristen toast to “getting everything we want.” Stephanie is chloroformed and kidnapped, presumably by Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark). However, we suspect it may be someone else.
There is a moment when we see a character played by Wes Ramsey, who once played the villainous Peter August on the soap, General Hospital.
Back in 2009, Wes Ramsey played Owen Kent on DOOL, a character obsessed with Stephanie. We’ll see whether it’s him or Jermey who ultimately kidnapped Stephanie.
Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzmis) majorly freaks out on Tate Black (Leo Howard) while at the Brayd Pub. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) is ready for a Stefano DiMera (Joe Mascolo) resurrection.
Back at Bayview, Rachel has a heartbreaking meltdown when Brady leaves her at the mental facility. Days spoilers also reveal that Theo will face a severe medical crisis.
Finally, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) is involved in a police shootout and ends up taking a bullet. We don’t know whether he’ll survive. Dimitri von Leuchner (Peter Porte) returns, as we suspected.
Lastly, EJ and the rest of the DiMera family are gathered in the living room of the DiMera mansion, as EJ declares everything about DOOL that we love, “The house of DiMera will not fall.”
In the description of the preview on Instagram, it says, “In Salem, every shadow reveals the truth and love always comes at a price. This time, no secret stays in the dark.”
