‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal that after Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) told EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) about his night with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins), he approached her before she, EJ, Johnny, and Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) sat down for Thanksgiving dinner.

Chanel invited Joy despite her insisting that she wanted to be alone. It was likely an uncomfortable dinner for Johnny and Joy. EJ cornered Joy and had a few words to say to the aspiring actress.
He threatened her and told her he could buy her out of her contract with Body and Soul. He offered her money to leave Salem for good.
This is how the DiMeras solve their problems. Throwing money at the situation is bound to get the response he wants, right? Not if Johnny can help it.
Joy knows how wealthy the DiMera family is, and she may be tempted to take the deal and run. However, Joy found a purpose in acting and her role as the spoiler in Faith and Arrow’s romance, so she may not agree to leave town.
Of course, if Joy doesn’t take the deal, she may end up stranded on a DiMera island’ She could be locked away in the not-so-secret room in the mansion. That’s really how the DiMeras roll.
EJ hinted that it would be in everyone’s best interest, including Joy’s, if she skips town, never to be heard from again. Johnny will be livid when he learns his father is threatening Joy.
This week (December 2nd to 6th), Johnny will find out about his father’s treachery and confront him. EJ may admit what he did, or Joy may speak up and tell Johnny she needs to get out of her contract with the soap. He’ll no doubt want to know why.

Joy admitted to Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) about her affair with Johnny and swore him to secrecy. But what if Alex decides that Chanel should know about Johnny and Joy?
We also wonder how far EJ will go to get Joy away from his son. He’s already convinced Johnny to keep quiet about his tryst with Joy. EJ told him no good could come from him telling the truth. He wanted to confess to Chanel what had transpired between him and Joy.
After all, Johnny thought Chanel was cheating on him. But there’s no question that Chanel would never be able to forgive Johnny for his indiscretion.
That being said, it’s not Joy’s fault that Johnny was unfaithful. She thought Johnny’s wife was cheating on him, and she was new to town and had never met these people before.
If Joy doesn’t take EJ up on his offer, would EJ make Joy suddenly disappear? Joy’s mom, Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo), would be frantic and try to find answers.
Spoilers hint that Johnny may threaten to come clean to Chanel if his father doesn’t take back his dire warning to Joy, strongarming her into leaving Salem. Johnny’s secret night with Joy could have a domino effect that could upend several characters’ lives in Salem.
