Not-Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is left stunned when she opens the door Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) and Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) are being held behind. She quickly shuts them back in, but you know she’s already plotting all the ways she’s going to make Xander pay for this.
For their part, Kate and Ted try to reason with “Nicole” to let them out, but their please fall of deaf ears. Ted yells that she can’t do this to them, but Kate cracks us up with her matter-of-fact, “She can, and she did,” response. A little searching online tells us they are working on how to get out before they really do end up dead.

Days of Our Lives spoilers: Quick thinking
Angered by the betrayal, Not-Nicole walker didn’t fulfill the task she was sent to do, something Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) points out. She makes up an excuse, then has to scramble even more when Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) says she’ll take care of it instead. She stops Gabi by making a big show out of apologizing for her earlier behavior. How long this will keep her in the clear on
Stefan’s uninvited guests, we don’t know.
What we do know is, Gabi seems to be making progress with Stefan. They were getting along fairly well before, and he made a point of telling her that he defended her against “Nicole’s” tirade before because he thinks she really does have great ideas for that dual launch.

Our investigative trio Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder), and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) are at it again. Well, at first, Chloe thinks that Rex is making a bit much out of two texts, but he shows her how every single text he knows to be from her is signed with “xoxoxo”. Not the two supposedly sent after she allegedly went out of town on business. They think it’s suspicious, and Brady makes a call to check on whether or not Kate is actually working elsewhere. Won’t be long until Xander’s exposed.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Trouble in paradise already?
Also today, we have a moment where Sarah and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) almost kiss. They’re apparently, from what we see online, interrupted by Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), who is feeling guilty about not seeing what was up with Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) sooner. Don’t worry, Marlena… pretty much everyone dropped the ball there.
