‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate that Gabi Hernandez’s (Camila Banus) plan is a go, Not-Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) has something up her sleeve, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) blows up, and JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) is as much of a bigmouth as his dad. If you missed it, let’s get to the Days of Our Lives recap highlights.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Gabi Gets Her Way, Tricks Stefan Into DiMera CEO!
Hayley Chen (Thia Megia) is having some serious trauma right now after the Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) drama. She hasn’t been sleeping, and keeps hallucinating Claire in the apartment, threatening to kill her. While JJ apparently doesn’t know of this problem, Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) does.
To try helping, he pretends to have some sleeping problems of his own and gets a prescription for mild sedatives that he later offers to Hayley. Hayley is grateful he wants to help, but doesn’t think this is going to solve her problem. He suggests a chat with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) just might, but she has to think about it. After he suggests she’ll think more clearly if she’s gotten sleep, Hayley relents and takes one. This pill must be something, because it’s got her loopy seemingly very fast.

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Big Mouth
Earlier in the episode, Haley had been trying to distract JJ from noticing her issues with a promise of breakfast when Jack arrives. He seems very sincere as he explains to JJ he took the serum, and wants very much to remember his children. He asks JJ to keep it quiet from Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves), though, because he doesn’t know if this will work. He doesn’t want her getting her hopes up.
In what’s perhaps retribution for Jack’s own loose lips re: Haley, JJ obviously immediately goes to tell Mom all about it. Jennifer is on her way to a date and doesn’t want to talk about this. Her heart’s already been hurt too much with Jack, and she’s not going to let that happen again.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Moving on… or not
At her date with Henry Shah (Andre Khabbazi), things seem awkward. Most likely due to JJ’s interference earlier. She’s distracted and distant as they chit chat, and has a flashback of Jack at one point. Henry notices she doesn’t seem to be all there and realizes the likely reason. He decides to end their date to avoid being hurt himself. Jennifer is apologetic about the whole thing, and we’re sort of annoyed about this idea of the Jack/Jennifer reunion that is surely coming.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Mrs. Stefan DiMera
In other news, Stefan is trying to do damage control with the board of DiMera. They want to suspend him, so he and Gabi ask Abe Carver (James Reynolds) to draft a release in response to the allegations against him. He wants to assert his innocence, as well as pick apart the case against him.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t do any good. In fact, it seems to make Stefan’s footing at DiMera worse. While they still need a DiMera to actually be able to head the company, it seems he’s closer than ever to being tossed out. To remedy this, Gabi asks Abe to marry them. Becoming Stefan’s wife might be their only chance of saving the company. Nicely played, Gabi. Of course, you needed an assist to accomplish this.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Counter moves
The fight might not be over, though. Not-Nicole is chatting with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about taking over DiMera and the various ways it can be done. After getting an angry response to suggesting they pass off Brady’s son as technically being Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk)—which leads to a lot of nasty talk about Kristen that we’re sure she’s loving hearing—and laughing off the idea of marriage or adoption (no living DiMeras around willing to do either), Not-Nicole promises to make this takeover happen.
Later, she enters a room where a very thoughtful looking Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) is sitting. We’re assuming that’s him, anyway, given the AD on his jacket. Ya know, considering they’re technically related, we’re a bit creeped out at the possible idea she’s got going.
