The Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard trial has been all over the internet, however, at the moment the biggest thing coming out of the trial seems to be the rumor that Depp is dating his own attorney, Camille Vasquez! The two have seemed incredibly close and have been hugging a lot, lending to the belief that they are an item.
Viewers have commented on the two saying, “Honestly we’re all dating him in our heads 😂”, “Her smile lol. But we love her 😍”, “Maybe after the trial they can try to hit it off?” and “Can just 2 individuals be happy for one another without any assumptions made?”
However, Entertainment Tonight has reported that the rumors are completely false.
“However, ET has learned that the rumor is completely false. According to a source close to the defamation trial, the rumors are “entirely, 100%, unequivocally, untrue.”

Even though a source close to the trial has said the rumors are 100% false, people haven’t given up the idea that the two could be an item and are just hiding it until the trial is over. They definitely do seem to be sharing a lot of laughs and hugs, but that could be because Johnny is going through a difficult time and his attorney is working to make his life easier.
While the rumors have been denied, there’s no question that they will persist until after this trial is over and they are either seen/not seen together.
We must admit, they look good together, but I seriously have my doubts that an attorney would get involved with a client, especially considering the type of case it is… Even if it was Johnny Depp!
Of course, the ‘source’ is unknown, and who is to say they’re not trying to cover up the courthouse romance? In a clip of her walking out of the trial, she was asked point-blank if she was dating him and simply laughed off the question and walked away. Curious… most curious.
