British Royal Family News says that while there will be a lot of people who will most certainly have a lot of different opinions about the new book, Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, one thing is for certain: Meghan Markle could have most definitely been treated better, at least by the British press.

British Royal Family News: Meghan Markle Struggled To Find Respect Behind Closed Doors At Buckingham Palace
Meghan Markle barely last 18 months behind closed doors at Buckingham Palace, and while no one really knows the real truth behind her feud with Prince William, Kate Middleton and other members of the royal family, a lot of critics are pointing their fingers at the British press, too.
It’s been reported that Meghan often felt as though no one was defending her or at least speaking up for her when she couldn’t when it came to all of the nasty barbs she was getting from journalists on almost a daily basis. Some of it was also downright racist, too.
Writer Barbara Ellen of The Guardian puts it this way, “Everything else aside, it seems to me that sectors of the press had a choice to behave absolutely impeccably on the racial front and they (not Meghan) chose not to. One particular news item, relating to her childhood, was, in my opinion, coded racism at its worst, probably not something that would even be attempted in these post-George Floyd times. It was so sly and horrible that it made me cry.”
While Meghan Markle herself is yet to make any comments about the real reason why she and Prince Harry decided to leave the royal family, many reports have suggested that there was plenty of friction behind the scenes. The book, Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan, and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, is apparently clearing up and setting the record straight on some of the biggest royal rumors.
