ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, April 29th reveal there’s a problem in the Corinthos family. It seems the strain must be getting to the men in the family in particular, and it’s causing some big problems tomorrow. Let’s take a look at what that means for the custody case in particular. Then, we’ll talk the other big situation in the Corinthos home.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 29: Doomed to fail
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) should have never taken that marriage advice from Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). It was a losing proposition right from the word go. We’ve mentioned before that it looks suspicious as all-get-out that he would show up to a hearing married to a woman he has no romantic history with. One who does, however, have a documented history with Wiley. In particular, a history of protecting Wiley by making sacrifices like putting herself in contempt of court. There was no way this thing would win. And the fact he even remotely pursued that angle might have made things worse.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 29: Complications
There’s way more than heartbreak to deal with here. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate Michael will worry about how the Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) cheating news will impact the case. It’s already making the rounds of Port Charles, and you know Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) will use that as further proof of the unstable environment awaiting Wiley, should Michael win.
In fact, the promo for the day has Nelle saying she wanted to apologize to Willow. We have no doubt this will be an opportunity for her to reveal she knows about the situation. There’s also a good chance she’ll use that to goad Willow into a reaction that won’t look good. Not if Willow is to be a reliable character witness in court. Will Willow take the bait? We’ll have to wait and see on that one.
Besides the news breaking, there’s another problem. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) sees through the plot Sasha and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) cooked up to push Willow and Michael together. He already called it out Tuesday. On Wednesday, he’ll take it a step further and insist that Chase has to fix things. We’re pretty sure he won’t let up until Chase confesses what he did. And that could very well impact Willow getting closer to Michael. Which is what Chase wants right now. He thinks it’s for Willow’s best interest. For some reason, though, Michael hasn’t seen through this yet. That and his initial willingness to marry for custody shows he’s not as smart and strategic as he might seem. And he’s not the only one in that house.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 29: Miscaluclation?
We’re not sure if this will be address, as there was nothing in the promo. However, we think that Michael might have been in the Corinthos house a little too long and exposed himself to dangerously bad levels of judgement. Sonny’s actions recently are a perfect example.
He is massively underestimating Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Cyrus proved he sees through Sonny’s “make him comfortable, then surprise him” tactic. We honestly don’t know why Sonny thought that would work. Cyrus is a cruel man on a mission of revenge. And he’s trying to save face after the big blow Sonny dealt him. It’s beyond naïve for Sonny to think he’s controlling this situation in any way with that plan. We think both Corinthos men need some serious help right now.
