ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers finds that star Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) started off her 50th birthday doing something that a lot of people her age wouldn’t think twice about doing, and that’s posting a topless photo of themselves for the world to see on social media. Here’s what she has to say.
Sharing a photo of herself in nothing more than her underwear while standing next to her bed in her bedroom, the blonde beauty wrote, “My 40s were – devastating and amazing… I lost a lot and I gained even more – I am beyond grateful for it all – This is me… This is 50.”

Of course, it didn’t take very long for her Twitter fans and followers to comment on her photo. While there were a lot of people who praised her for being self-confident in her body, others thought it was rather distasteful for Laura – who is also a mother of two – to post a topless photo on social media.
Some comments included, “I cannot believe my eyes. I love this actress but this picture shocked me. In her bedroom, half naked. Absolutely disgusting. I am so disappointed. Awful!” along with, “You are amazing! I would have never thought that you were 50 as you always look so young, happy and most importantly, full of life. You look wonderful. I’ve been a huge fan of General Hospital for years and you’ve always been one of my favorite actresses.”
Another fan wrote, “If this is what 50 looks and feels like I can’t wait to get there. It’s all about how confident you feel more than you look, right? While I am not the kind of person to post topless photos of myself on social media, I have to say that you do give me body goals. Have a great birthday and enjoy your year.”
