ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that everything is literally up in the air for our favorite characters in Port Charles and unfortunately, things are going to get even bumpier in the coming weeks. From Sam and Jason’s romance hitting the skids, to Sonny Corinthos trying to maintain some sense of calm and control, things are looking anything but promising. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ head co-writer Chris Van Etten offers this in the latest interview of Soap Opera Digest, “Sam and Jason’s secret romance hits another obstacle when Jason worries about drawing Cyrus’ fire. Laura and Robert, as mayor and DA, respectively, will go toe-to-toe with Cyrus. TJ’s life hangs in the balance, and in the wake of TJ’s disappearance, Molly is at a crossroads.”

In other words, life in Port Charles has never been this complicated, stressful or even dangerous before. And it’s Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) who knows that he’s holding everything with a very fine piece of string right now. But even Sonny knows that things are going to get worse before they get better.
Van Etten adds, “As he goes up against Cyrus while also managing various family crises, the question moving forward for Sonny is ‘Don’t you think something’s gonna give?’ Curtis worries that Jordan will end up in big trouble over her risky plan to free Cyrus.”
With that said, it’s never a good thing for a cop to go to prison. But when it comes to life in Port Charles, even fans know to always expect the unexpected. Fans will have to buckle their seat belts because it’s about to become a very bumpy but also fast ride!
