ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The Current Situation
We mentioned a custody battle. In particular, it involves Wiley, Carly’s grandson. On Friday, Carly made a questionable decision to intervene. She even went so far as to lock Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) on the roof to try getting her to comply and sign the surgery consent form.
In her defense, she did try to appeal to Nelle as a woman and mother first. She made it very clear how serious Wiley’s situation could get, and why it’s important to act in his interests—not hers. She even appealed to Nelle’s selfish nature by pointing out she’d lose any leverage with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) if anything happened to Wiley. Still, she refused. But what about the behind the scenes situation?

Wright posted a tweet commenting on the episodes we’re currently watching. In the post, she talked about how sick she was at the time. It got so bad, she was out for several days. Check the message to see why that was such a big thing. But, she talked about how she kept going and relied on something to get her through the scenes without letting her cough get in the way.
It’s a human moment that reminds us it’s fun to poke fun at the characters and situations on the show. But, it’s also real people behind it, dealing with real things. That’s where you need to exercise a little caution and be kind. While one comment on Wright’s post mentioned she noticed a tell-tale sign as a nurse, most of us wouldn’t have. So, it just goes to show how you have no idea what someone’s dealing with personally.

Other comments expressed concern, but Wright assured them she’s perfectly fine now. The episodes in question were taped over a month ago. But we do have another situation going on these day. In other tweets, she showed how she’s spending her unexpected time off, due to the GH production shutdown and the #StayAtHome orders in a lot of places.
