According to ABC Soaps in Depth, ‘General Hospital'(GH) co-head writer Dan O’Connor says that fans will soon see a shift in Sonny and Carly’s relationship and unfortunately, it won’t be a positive one. While Sonny might be one of the most dangerous men in Port Charles, he’s also someone who is fiercely loyal and protective of both his family and his marriage. Sonny can’t believe that with everything they have been through in their lives, Carly would keep a secret from him. But it’s not the actual secret that bothers him. It’s that she’s been in cahoots with Jasper Jacks. O’Connor explains, “Secrets have never been healthy for Sonny and Carly and this one will prove no different.”

In other words, there are going to be some serious repercussions of her decision to keep Sonny in the dark. In fact, they can even be long lasting. For Carly, this is something that she shouldn’t be dealing with right now. She’s got a teenage daughter dealing with issues and a special needs baby who needs her attention. The fact that Nikolas Cassadine is alive and well has also thrown everyone in for a loop. Needless to say, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
