In general, there’s a lot of stress out there. Trying to keep up with everyday life can be tough, as well as the negativity that can be found online and in the media. That’s why it’s important to find ways to relax and unwind. Laura recently shared one of those methods on her Twitter.

Meditation is a great way to get a number of benefits. The information is all over, and there are a lot of different ways to get that time in. Laura Wright recently retweeted one that she has clearly found helpful. The post for a meditation called “Merging Our Hearts”. It’s a guided meditation that is described as helping to transform stressful moments into a moment of calm. It’s available for free on Sound cloud, and there are apparently others available.
It’s really cool to see actors promoting things like this and sharing hacks that they themselves might have found helpful. Although, we’re laughing just thinking about her onscreen counterpart attempting this. We’re picturing her asking, “Where is my zen already? How long is this thing?” It’d probably cause Carly more stress than enlightenment and calm. Although, it probably would be helpful to Joss, who has started journaling recently.
