According to actress Tamara Braun, it doesn’t look like she will be returning to her daytime television roots anytime soon. That’s because she has a new project that she’s working on. She will be starring in an indie comedy called Kombucha Cure, which is a film that she is very excited about.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, the beautiful brunette describes her character in the film as “a woman whose personal life is in disarray, so the only place she feels much power is in her professional life, where she works for a health insurance company as the prior authorization medical director. It is her goal to say no to expensive tests requested by doctors. She ends up going to a small town to investigate why the town has such a high rate of terminal cancer diagnosis and yet so many people are surviving.”
Tamara adds that her character, “finds something fishy but because of situations she becomes involved in she has to decide if she will help the people of this small town or follow the edict of the large corporation she works for.”
With that said, we have a feeling that we won’t be seeing Kim Nero back on the canvas anytime soon, but it’s great to hear that Tamara Braun is keeping busy. After all, she is a very multi-talented actress! Of course, her fans would love to see her return to Port Charles in some sort of capacity. For now, all we have to do is keep our fingers crossed!
