ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers star Ingo Rademacher (Jasper Jacks) is trying to keep as positive as possible – while also keeping the faith – during California’s mandatory quarantine to help curb the spreading coronavirus (Covid-19). In fact, Ingo and his family are getting as much fresh air as possible by hitting the slops. Here’s what he has to say.
Sharing a photo of him and his two boys overlooking the beautiful and very panoramic view of Mammoth Lakes (that is also making social media travel fans jealous everywhere), he captioned his post with, “Use this time to take a break from the person you usually are. No need to be glued to the news or stress about things out of your control, this is also a reminder to myself. Don’t think that I don’t stress. Let’s hope by the end of April we are all in a better place ?? let’s all try to support each-other and be kind. Stress lowers your immune system guys. Drink tons of water, exercise. Eat less than usual. Vitamin up if you can. Get outside while keeping your distance. Walk! lots of love to y’all. Hope to be back to entertain you soon on @generalhospitalabc.”
