First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal it looked like Spencer was ready to come clean with Trina, but it seems he’ll have second thoughts. See, Trina will ask him, “Are you going to tell me what changed?” But it doesn’t seem he’ll actually tell Trina what he was really up to all this time. Why? In the promo, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) says, “I cannot promise you that I’m going to keep this from her.”
Who else could she be talking to but Spencer? Especially since she was pushing for him to be honest. Seems to us he doesn’t want to do anything to get in the way of Trina and her potential new love. And we can respect him taking his lumps for that plan of his. He was really hurtful to her in the pursuit of helping her. So, he probably feels he doesn’t deserve her respect, either.

In other news, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) come to blows. We’re not going to point out the stupidity of Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) essentially instigating a confrontation in her place of business. Oops… too late. Anyway, it seems Carly will Nina, “You deserve everything you’re getting.”
And we’re sure that’s referring to the reception Nina is getting at the hotel overall. But we think it’s rich that Carly is talking about people getting what they deserve. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Nina wasn’t right to do what she did in Nixon Falls. However, Carly did play her part in that whole mess and has yet to take even a little responsibility.
Plus, the only one who’s responsible for Carly’s current circumstances is Carly. Nina tried to make up for some of the damage by buying Carly’s half and offering it back to her as a gift. If Carly refused to take it, well… she needs to just deal with the fact Nina is part owner. And so does Olivia.

Meanwhile, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate trouble at Wyndemere. Jordan has arrived to investigate the Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) case. And she’s not playing. In the promo, she says, “I have a warrant to search the premises.” So, that “it’s not a good time” thing won’t fly. And Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) better hope she doesn’t go poking around outside because those bags don’t look well-hidden to us.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 17: Truer words…
You know that saying, “Truer words were never spoken? Well, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will be the very definition of that when he tells Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), “I’m going to love her just like she’s mine.” We really don’t envy Portia when the truth comes out. Because she’ll not only lose Curtis, but we believe Trina won’t forgive her, either.
