ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) news reveals that Ryan Paevey is starring in another film! Since leaving ‘General Hospital’ he’s been landing roles in movies left and right. Now, just in time for Valentine’s Day, he stars in a new Hallmark film, ‘Matching Hearts’. According to a summary on the Hallmark Channel website, ‘Matching Hearts’ is about, “As Valentine’s Day nears, a matchmaker is tasked by her mentor to find a match for an entrepreneur who believes staying single is the key to success.”
‘Matching Hearts’ premiers on Saturday, February 8th at 9 p.m. ET. lt will be part of the network’s annual “Love Ever After” programming event.

Paevey will star opposite of Taylor Cole (The Originals), who plays Julia Palmer. Palmer is a matchmaker, who wants to enlist Daniel (Paevey) for her service. Daniel is known as the hunk who will always be single, so she thinks it will be a home run if she gets him. Of course, things must now get complicated, unfortunately. Julia soon begins to have feelings for Daniel but must get them out of her head. They are in a strictly professional relationship! Although, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Who knows, anything might happen.

While Paevey was still on ‘General Hospital’ as Nathan, he had already begun doing these romantic films. Movies like Marrying Mr. Darcy, Hope at Christmas, From Friend to Fiancé, A Summer Romance, and Christmas at the Plaza. Now that he has more time after leaving the soap opera world, you can probably count on seeing Paevey in even more of these films. He seems to be a perfect fit and everyone already adores him!
