‘General Hospital’ spoilers suggest that a Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) pairing may be right around the corner.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carly and Valentin are Plotting Revenge on Brennan
The soap has been dropping some hints that these two are bound for a steamy hook up soon. At the moment, Carly and Valentin are plotting revenge against their common enemy, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
In true soap fashion, Jack has no idea that Carly is working with his nemesis to bring him down. Brennan still thinks that his relationship with Carly is secure, but little does he know that this woman can’t even stand to kiss him.
Carly has been forcing herself to pretend to enjoy her intimate experiences with Jack. She’s tricking him into believing that everything is going well for them as a couple.
However, Carly knows that Brennan recruited her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), for the WSB. He looked Carly directly in the eyes and lied to her about Joss.
Of course, Carly is not one to be messed with, especially when it comes to her kids. She’s ready to destroy the head of the WSB and free her daughter from his clutches.
Meanwhile, Carly has been hiding Valentin in her attic. Carly is in deep with this partnership with Valentin. The two of them are natural born schemers and are fiercely determined to make Jack pay.
GH fans have been noticing the heat between Carly and Valentin. They definitely have some chemistry, but would it be enough to sustain them as a couple?
That’s what we’re trying to figure out. We should also point out that the storyline possibilities for a Carly/Valentin pairing are endless.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: It Would Kill Jack If Carly and Valentin Hook Up
Not only would it kill Jack for Carly and Valentin to become lovers, but it would also pump up the drama. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who once again would disapprove of another one of Carly’s romances.
It would also be very soapy for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to find out that her ex is involved with Carly. Viewers know that Carly and Nina have a longstanding rivalry.
Their fued dates back to when Sonny was presumed dead and in Nixon Falls with Nina. Not to mention, Carly and Nina’s catfights tend to be epic, and we can definitely picture another one brewing over Valentin.
Plus, there have been some poignant moments between Carly and Valentin. They understand each other’s instincts to protect their children at all costs, and both are powerful people. Anyone who crosses them typically pays the price.
Carly and Valentin share a newfound bond based on that mutual understanding and respect. She secretly brought Valentin’s daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke), to see her dad on Christmas Eve.
Carly was genuinely moved by Valentin’s love for Charlotte and knew it would mean the world to both of them to see each other.
When Valentin mouthed the words thank you, while he embraced his daughter, it was a special moment that changed the nature of Carly and Valentin’s relationship.
They may not want to admit it, but they are starting to fall for each other. The recent Port Charles snowstorm also underscored their unique connection, sparking much fan speculation about whether Valentin and Carly would be a couple worth rooting for.
