From the Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes has made it official that she is dating Nyonisela Sioh. Although this seems to be a happy time for a new couple, she just got served papers from his ex-wife. That’s right, Leakes is being sued for breaking up their marriage.

The wife of Leakes’ new boyfriend, Malomine Tehmel-Sioh served her papers because of her feelings about what happened to her marriage with him. She is alleging that Leakes is the one that broke up her marriage to her ex-husband.

The documents state that “because of Leakes‘ social media presence- which has featured many posts if Sioh- for causing her emotional distress, humiliation, and even loss of affection for her.” She wants $100,00 in damages for the complete downfall of her marriage.
Leakes and Sioh went Instagram official back in December of 2021. When they began seeing one another, her friends told the press that Sioh made her very happy and she was still trying to grieve the loss of her husband, Gregg Leakes.
One of her friends told the press, “She can’t stop smiling around Nyonisela. It’s still very new but she’s almost like a teenager with him, just light and giggly and feeling those new relationship butterflies.” The couple posted a lot of photos together and enjoyed time with one another. They have gone on vacations together and there have been multiple photos of them together at dinners. In January of 2022, she shared a selfie of them and captioned it, “The way you love on me and take care of me… grateful!”
This isn’t the first lawsuit that Leakes has been involved in this year. She actually sued the producers of the Real Housewives of Atlanta stating, “From the day the series began filming, NeNe was the target of systematic racism from costar Kim Zolciak-Biermann, which was tolerated by Bravo executive producer, Andy Cohen, and other executives.”
There has yet to be a final decision made in this lawsuit, but it does seem as if NeNe has a lot happening in her world right now.
