Following the call, LAPD officers visited Kim’s residence. Concerned by her behavior, they requested a mental health evaluation. After assessing the situation, authorities determined that Kim did not pose a danger to herself or others and did not require involuntary hospitalization.
This incident comes on the heels of a series of concerning events for Kim. In September, she was placed on a 5150 involuntary hold after exhibiting incoherent behavior and refusing to leave a hotel in Los Angeles. This followed an earlier attempt by Kyle to evict Kim from her home due to concerns about Kim’s well-being.
Despite these challenges, Kim’s sister Kathy Hilton recently provided an update on her condition, stating that Kim would be spending the Christmas holiday with the family. “She’s doing well. Yes. We’ll all be together,” Kathy said.
This latest incident underscores the ongoing challenges faced by Kim Richards as she navigates personal and health struggles. While the specific details of the recent encounter remain unclear, it highlights the importance of mental health support and the complexities of family dynamics, even for those in the public eye.
