The week begins with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) proposing after he makes a decision between Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). Also, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) declares his love to an unconscious Katie Logan (Brooke Logan) after finding out heartbreaking news about her health.
‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Tuesday, September 24
After hearing what Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) has to say, Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) wants Wyatt to dump Sally. Instead, she tells him that he would be better off with Flo, despite everything she’s done recently. As Katie’s medical team seeks answers, the Logan family gather by her bed side. She’s in desperate need of a kidney transplant. Both kidneys are failing as a result of her taking heart medication and anti-rejection drugs from her heart transplant years ago.

Wyatt gets an earful from his mother, Quinn. She once again lets him know that marrying Sally Spectra would not be in his best interest. Sally and Flo meet at the Bikini Bar where Sally tells Flo exactly what she thinks of her. Dr. Armstrong (Vincent Irizzary) has dire news for Katie’s family. Will someone be able to save her before it’s too late?
‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Thursday, September 26
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) catches his son Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) having an unsupervised visit with Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri). Is he trying to brain wash the young boy again? Flo becomes increasingly frustrated with her mother’s fantasies about a life with Ridge.
‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Friday, September 27
Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) gives Thomas a tongue lashing in what looks like a pretty nasty fight between them. Thomas doesn’t hold back and tells her exactly what he thinks, too. Shauna comforts Ridge during what is a very difficult times in his marriage. Shauna informs Ridge this is just the beginning of her as a part of his life.
