Prince Andrew To Change His Legal Strategy In Virginia Giuffre Lawsuit
According to reports, there are new claims that are said to have made a “significant change” in Prince Andrew’s legal strategy. The Duke of York has reportedly been served with a sexual assault lawsuit after the paperwork was delivered to his lawyer in LA.
Just last month, Prince Andrew was slapped with a lawsuit by Viriginia, who claims that she was sexually assaulted by the prince when she was still a minor. Because of the lawsuit, this might be the reason why so many people believe Prince Andrew has gone into hiding, and in an attempt to avoid being served legal papers.
And now one source close to the situation tells the Mail on Sunday that Prince Andrew was changed his legal strategy “dramatically.” The insider apparently has knowledge of the proceedings and say that Andy will “turn and fight.”
The tipster put it this way: “The decision to bring in high-profile [US lawyer] Andrew Brettler to fight the civil case marks a significant turning point in approach. The US team will be looking to robustly engage and challenge the claims from Mrs Giuffre in a bid to provide the duke with a platform to finally clear his name. They will be looking to examine and dismantle the claims one by one.”
So far Prince Andrew himself has not made any comments about the matter, but has denied all of the accusations made against him.
