Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers have the Brady family dealing with the fallout from Claire Brady’s (Olivia Rose Keegan) confession, more trouble for Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva), and Rex Brady’s (Kyle Lowder) bad timing. So, you might remember that Carrie Brady (Christie Clark) has returned to Salem in the wake of Caroline Brady’s (Peggy McCay) death. Last episode, she and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) ended up hooking up after she admitted that she was also a single lady now.
Today, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is bringing her breakfast when he catches the two. He starts yelling at Rafe for messing with a married woman (as well as another member of his family), but Carrie stops him. She says she is, in fact, not married anymore. This settles things down, but we’ll see where things go from here. Despite her marriage being over, she does have a life elsewhere.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: It Gets Awkward Between Hope & Rafe
Complicating things more is that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) arrives at the pub and catches Rafe coming from where the bedroom is. She wants to know what he would be doing back there. This is going to be awkward, especially given the news she’d come to deliver. Of course, we can’t say we feel bad. After all, they aren’t together anymore. So, today marks the first official morning of Rex and Sarah Brady (Linsey Godfrey) being married, and Rex has made breakfast to mark the occasion. He tries to go for a little desert first, but Sarah spots a wedding gift and is excited to see what is inside. She probably should’ve waited. The gift is a picture of her, Rex, and Eric together. Rex loves it, but Sarah is obviously a little uncomfortable.
DOOL Spoilers: Rex’s Theory
Eventually Rex comes up with a, in theory, good idea while they’re trying to decide what to do with their day. He wants to reinstate the Brady/Horton July 4th barbeque. Sarah is doubtful at first, but Rex is all gung-ho to stock up and get use of the pub for the event. Seriously? He wants to hold a barbeque inside? Okay…
Rex better hope he loves hamburgers and hotdogs, as he and Sarah are going to be living off those for a while. Given the situation with Claire that is quickly making the rounds of Salem, we doubt anyone is going to be in a festive mood.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Parental guilt
Speaking of the Claire situation, Shawn-Douglas Brady (Jason Cook) is feeling the guilt today. As Claire lies sedated and restrained, he beats himself up over not having noticed that she was in such a bad state. Especially given the fact his sister almost died as a result. He’s also feeling dread over having to break the news about Claire’s situation to Belle Black (Martha Madison).
Meanwhile, Belle has arrived in Salem, but is unaware of the situation. She came because she needed to see everyone after missing Caroline’s funeral. When John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) break the news, Belle is in complete denial at first, but eventually accepts that the situation is true. She ends up at the hospital, where she and Shawn watch over Claire. They assure Claire when she wakes that they’re here for her.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Game over?
Hope, having learned the truth about the fires, does the right thing today by accompanying Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) to the Salem PD to inform Eve of what’s happened. She tells Eve that she needs to drop the charges against Ben, as he’s an innocent man. Eve counters that her dead daughter proves he’s not that innocent, but Hope says she believes in the law. According to the law, Ben must go free since he didn’t start the fires. Eve counters with him being caught at the scene with a lighter, then refuses to let him off the hook.
Meanwhile, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) visits briefly with Shawn before sneaking Claire’s phone out of her hospital room. She wants to know what this message Eve supposedly left for Claire is. Hearing Eve warn Claire infuriates her, as it does Ben when he arrives and breaks the news about the charges not being dropped.
‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoiers: John & Marlena Furious With Eve!
Things only get worse when John and Marlena overhear that and demand to know more. Ciara plays the message for them as well, and John promises to deal with Eve. He and Marlena then go directly to the Salem PD to confront Eve. They call her out for not doing anything helpful, despite knowing that Claire was that bad off. They point out that Claire almost killed herself last night, and how she’s covered up Claire’s crimes. They promise that Eve is going to end up being the one behind bars, and we are so there for that.
