You may remember Alina Johnston and Steven Johnston from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Steven was living in Utah when he met Alina and he decided that he would move to Russia in order to be with her. The young couple got married even though there were a lot of red flags in their relationship.
Steven had lied to her multiple times about being with other women while they were dating, even though he had asked her to not have sex until they got married. He wanted her to convert to Mormonism but just couldn’t keep it in his pants. She stood her ground with him and we all thought that she would leave him, but she married him anyway. Now it looks as if they are no longer living together, according to her Instagram account.

During a question and answer session with Alina, her fans asked her where she was living and why did Steven happen to be somewhere else. She told her fans that she is currently in Russia and that they are “geographically celebrated” right now.

She added, “We are going to be together in two weeks for our second anniversary.” She talked to her fans about how it is their ultimate goal to move to the United States to live there and start their lives there. These plans are on hold because she doesn’t have a visa yet. She pointed out that she isn’t working right now and not making any money to get a visa to get to the states.
These two were living in Turkey together, but it seems that Steven had to go back to Utah. We’re not sure why, but there is speculation that his visa ran out and that was why he had to return. She didn’t want to live in Turkey all alone, so she moved back to Russia where her family is.
This relationship is a very strange one and fans really didn’t see a future for these two. It looks as if they are still going strong, but Alina is struggling to make ends meet. We hope that Steven is working and helping to support her while she is in Russia. We’re not sure where they will meet up next, but we hope that things work out for the best for them.
