‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that after Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) left Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), he pleaded to his siblings to let her keep her job. Not because he cared about her so much, but because she was legitimately good at what she does.

While Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) seemed ready to fire Sally immediately, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) was able to rationalize what happened and defended Sally. Was this because of what Adam said to him before and he’s just paying his little brother a favor or is Nick really just the steady-headed piece that Newman Enterprises needed?

“Nick and Victoria discuss Sally’s recent speech, while Jack tries to calm Adam.”

Some viewers commented on the moment saying, “Mark and Courtney chemistry is through the roof even in emotional scenes there’s so good”, “Give Sally a chance Victoria. You of all people should know how it feels to be a woman CEO”, and “Victoria she not scrambling … she told you and nick off!!! Go head Sally.”

Victoria definitely wasn’t going to be fair and just wanted to take down everything and anything her brother had helped build. However, thankfully she brought Nick onboard and he can help balance her craziness. Though, I do wonder how long this will last. Will Nick try to keep Victoria too tied down and she’ll snap? It definitely feels like Victoria is not right for this job, and Adam would obviously do much better. But, that’s Y&R and this is where we are.

What do you think? Are you a fan of Nick being a part of Newman Enterprises again and how long will he be able to keep Victoria calm? Let us know in the comments below.
