Univision Médicos spoilers reveal Pamela Miranda (Lorena García) is still conflicted. Plus, it looks like Ana Caballero (Grettell Valdez) has pulled more of her typical garbage and Luis Galván (Carlos de la Mota) made a choice. Let’s take a look at what happened, as well as some of what we can expect from tonight.

Univision Médicos Spoilers: Special arrival on the way

First, let’s talk about a new situation brewing. We’re in the final episodes now, and they’ve apparently decided to go out with a bit of a bang. We’re slightly disappointed, in a way. Until now, this has been a show that feels like more of the older novellas before drug dealers played a part in almost every single one. This time, it’s about to hit the Institute.

There’s a guy who’d been shown on TV because he got busted for being a narco. Now, he’s about to be extradited to the US (every novela narco’s nightmare) and wants to avoid it. He’s got stuff to do.

Stuff that can’t be done from the States, so he wants his lawyer’s help. In tonight’s episode, it looks like an escape plot is in the works. That plan seems to involve the Institute, as he’s seen coming into the ER.

We can just imagine how this will go if he manages to get out of there. René Castillo (Rodrigo Murray) will be furious and have everyone’s head. After all, he can’t keep the power when this place is embroiled in a huge embarrassment.

Tonight, it looks like there’s resistance to taking Aureliano “El Ciego” Martínez (Axel Ricco) in the Institute. Carlos Ibarra (Julián Gil), his lawyer, will demand his client be tended to.

Univision Médicos Spoilers: Two mothers

Meanwhile, Pamela finally took the plunge and told Carmen (Cynthia Klitbo) they’re mother and daughter. Carmen couldn’t believe it, and she practically lost it with joy. This is a second chance Carmen doesn’t intend to waste.

She wants to know everything about Pamela. Plus, Pamela informed Rafael “Rafa” Calderón (Federico Ayos) about this development, too. And she insists she’s going through with the testing and transplant.

However, Médicos spoilers reveal her parents aren’t exactly thrilled. Especially, Pamela’s adopted mother. Apparently, this day’s seen as inevitable, but it was still very unexpected.

There’s also a lot of insecurity, but Pamela swears this doesn’t change how she feels about them. Wait until they find out their daughter’s going under the knife for Carmen…

Univision Médicos Spoilers: Making a choice

Elsewhere, it looks as though Luis made up his mind. Médicos spoilers reveal he and Paulina Serrano (Laura Carmine) got close again, thanks to Luis’ big loss. However, he realized he loves Susana Álvarez de Galván (Iliana Fox). He wants to get back into her life again, and that can’t happen with Paulina in the picture. It looks like this will come into play again tonight.

Teasers say that Paulina visits Susana. We’re hopeful Paulina is doing the right thing by letting Susana know how badly Luis is suffering, and how much he wants to be with Susana through their loss. Because there’s always a chance she could go in a more self-serving direction.

Univision Médicos Spoilers: More conflict

Finally, we have more conflict at the Institute. Ana made a show about re-hiring David Paredes (Daniel Arenas) in front of Regina Villaseñor (Livia Brito). Especially about how she got René to go along with it. Then, she made sure David knew about Regina being the one to choose who got fired. Here we go again. We just don’t see this ending well.

And teasers for tonight say things get more tense. René and Gonzalo Olmedo (José Elías Moreno) get into it tonight, and there are so many possibilities. Seriously, these two hate each other, and we’re looking forward to (hopefully) seeing Gonzalo own him.
