Univision Médicos spoilers reveal René Castillo (Rodrigo Murray) does it again. We couldn’t even with the way he handled a certain patient on Wednesday night. Plus, Regina Villaseñor (Livia Brito) had to make a painful decision, while Pamela Miranda (Lorena García) wondered if she’s doing the right thing. Let’s look at what happened and what’s up for tonight.

Univision Médicos Spoilers: Smug and hateful

First, we saw a returning guest. There was a man named Sr. Duran (Marco Antonio “El diablo” Sánchez) and his daughter,  Viridiana (Andrea de Fátima). He’d had a problem with his foot and they apparently decided to go to someone else to treat it.

This turned out really bad. He came into the ER with a foot so destroyed by gangrene, they have no other choice but to amputate. This is where things get bad. Or, we guess we should say worse.

See, Viridiana feels guilty that she had her father going to this other person. She blames herself for the time they lost in treating the condition. However, Sr. Duran says it’s just as much as his fault, if not more. He was the one telling her he felt better. They have a huge problem, though.

See, René has wasted no time in trying to bilk every cent he can out of people, Luz González (Dalilah Polanco) warned him the economic study was done and she just can’t justify having this guy pay more.

René begs to disagree. He even came up with a new amount and went straight to the patient’s room to show the new price. Sr. Duran balked. It’s way too much, and he’s not sure how he could get the money together. René said they’ll cancel the surgery, which led to a panic.

Sr. Duran and Viridiana know this is serious, and he told René he’s in serious danger without the procedure. What’d René do? He casually said, “Right.” Seriously. And with a disinterested look on his face. Needless to say, the daughter jumped right in to say she’ll figure something out.

Univision Médicos Spoilers: Bad and worse choices

In other Médicos spoilers, Regina was in a tight spot. René ordered her to fire either Arturo Molina (Rodolfo Salas) or David Paredes (Daniel Arenas) after that scene in the ER last time.

She argued with him on it and wanted to just give them sanctions, but he insisted. So, Regina ended up going to Gonzalo Olmedo (José Elías Moreno) for advice. After their talk, she decided there was only one option—David.

He’s had a couple of other problems with his anger management before, and she feels disappointed in him. That’s not to say she wanted to fire him, or break up. She just felt these were the only things to be done under the circumstances.

    Univision Médicos Spoilers: Closer

Meanwhile, Pamela is having second thoughts. She feels guilt about getting a test to prove if Carmen (Cynthia Klitbo) is her mother or not. Not only that, she has no idea what she will say to the woman in the results come out a match.

We’ll see the answer to that tonight. For now, Pamela’s a wreck and can barely keep her game face on when around Carmen. Carmen noticed, so Pamela had to make some excuse about all the changes happening in the Institute.

    Univision Médicos Spoilers: Opportunist

Finally, there’s Ana Caballero (Grettell Valdez). She found out Regina fired David and she’s furious. Of course, René didn’t help at all. When Ana question him about it, he was all, “Hey, I just said someone had to go. She made the choice.” Technically true, but he’s too much of a cobarde to mention she argued for simple sanctions instead. Anything to make Regina look bad.

His plan is working. Ana is so angry, she showed up at the ER demanding two doctors for consulta externa. Regina tried to explain how tied up everyone is, but she doesn’t care. Ana thinks Regina should have thought about that before firing David. This is only going to get worse.

    Univision Médicos Spoilers: Tonight

Looking ahead, tonight’s episode will be an interesting one. Médicos spoilers reveal Ana offers David a new job as the head of consulta externa. Despite what happened between him and Regina last night, he accepts the offer to help her.

Plus, Mireya Navarro (Erika de la Rosa) will do something that forces Gonzalo to help a patient with a heart attack—outside. We can just imagine how that’s going to go over. René better hope he comes up with a good cover story, because we have a feeling whatever Mireya does won’t be a legit mistake.

It’ll be something to make Regina look bad. Finally, we’ve got the answer to Pamela’s question tonight. The results will come in and the outcome is no surprise.
