ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicates that star Parry Shen (Brad Cooper) might be in a very long marriage right now, but he does admit that his wedding day was a little less than perfect. No, his bride-to-be didn’t runaway nor did he get cold feet on their big day. Instead, the actor says that a huge surprise he had planned for his wife Kim Nero didn’t go as planned. Here’s what he has to say.
Recalling that very special day, Parry told Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, “After my friend/wedding singer sang the first verse of Lifehouse’s ‘Wherever You Will Go,’ I was supposed to come in as a surprise and sing the second verse to Kim. That still happened, but at the start of the song my friend forgot to turn on the mic and missed the first 30 seconds – so in the video, the expression on my face during that whole time is just controlled lividness that I had this whole surprise planned for weeks and now the mic wasn’t even working! So the thing I would change would be to teach my friend how to turn on a freaking microphone.”

And while Parry would definitely change that aspect of his wedding day, he wouldn’t change anything else. He and his wife Kim have been married for many long years and have two beautiful daughters and a loving family. Now, if only his on-screen character Brad would get his life in order, things would be perfect, right? Ha! Of course, ‘General Hospital’ fans will have to continue tuning in to find out what happens next!
