NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate this entire week is set in the missing year. On Monday, we saw Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) kick things off with a present-day scene where they reminisce about the day things went bad. The Monday episode ended with a “To be continued”, although we’re not sure when. With potential preemptions starting today, it’s up in the air whether this episode airs as scheduled or moves to another day. But let’s take a look at the teasers to tide us over.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Tragic night
We watched Mother’s Day of one year ago play out on Monday. There was plenty of drama, for some characters, but Adrienne Johnson (Judi Evans) had a great day filled with pampering. On Tuesday, expect things to take a turn for the worse. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers promise tragedy strikes Adrienne and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). It looks like they’ll be in the same car on the night Adrienne dies. Either way, be ready with the tissues when you see this one.

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: They’re back
We haven’t seen much out of Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Anna DiMera (Leanne Hunley) since the time jump. It looks like an explanation is on the way. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate that Anna betrayed him, and Tony finds out. This is a disappointing turn of events for us, as we enjoyed these two together. However, if they’re being featured in Tuesday’s episode, expect them to show up again in Future Salem.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Unwelcome visit
In other news, we’ll see Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) in the January 21st episode as well. She’ll get an upsetting visit from her past. Rumors suggest it’s Summer Townsend (Marie Wilson), and we’re inclined to agree. On the Monday episode, Sarah and Maggie talked a little about her during lunch. It seems Summer was the only one Maggie hadn’t heard from, and she had no idea where Summer even is.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Confessions
Finally, tomorrow will show the beginning of the Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) bond. Teasers for the day suggest Xander makes an admission to Victor. Since there’s no death just yet, we guess Xander is confessing he’s not Mickey’s father. Of course, before too long, tragedy will strike. This will bring the two closer together over this week, as they work to protect Maggie.
