‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Is Nelle playing with fire?
‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers find that before Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) untimely death, we witnessed a conversation between Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and Shiloh where they were discussing the possibility of being reunited with their loved ones. Now, we both know that Nelle doesn’t look to be getting out of Pentonville anytime soon, and that Shiloh appears to be dead for now, but we all know that in Port Charles a good villain is never really, truly dead, even if you have a bodybag to prove it.

Given the hefty investment by producers in building up Shiloh as the premier villain in all of Port Charles, the rumors mill has been swirling that the Shyster hasn’t yet seen his last days in PC. Here’s what you need to know.
Desperation can make for strange bedfellows, and if Shiloh was to indeed make a return from the dead, he would need a teammate to unleash. What if they had indeed decided to escape together? Maybe Shiloh would still be alive and the Nelle and Shiloh reign of terror could have been alive and well. You can see where this is going; before Shiloh’s recent death, they could have vowed to kidnap baby Wiley Cooper-Jones and then go off and start their own little cult family and live happily ever after, am I right? Not necessarily.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Shiloh has no connection to the baby
Nelle Benson is actually walking a dangerous line. The reason being is, Shiloh Archer actually has no legal or biological right to this baby. Only Nelle does. So even if they did escape together. Shiloh would still be the one to lose out because it could be argued that Nelle, being the biological mother, was just acting out of her child’s perceived best interest.

Let’s explore a bit of a different possibility. Say Shiloh and Nelle escaped and decided to kidnap baby Wiley Cooper-Jones and try to make a go of it as a happy, albeit fake, family. Right now, Shiloh is under the impression that he’s still this kid’s Father. However, what if one day, while they’re living out this lie in some other city (Beeches Corners, perhaps?) Shiloh finds out the actual truth. That his and Willow’s child actually did die and Nelle has pulled the wool over his eyes and he has no legal rights to this child, it’s not even his child, he’s helping raise a child who’s technically a Corinthos who is a sworn enemy of his.

Nelle would have to pack up the baby and run for her life (or choose to abandon him again because we al know when it comes to being a Mom she isn’t exactly the self-sacrificing type) because as we all know, Shiloh isn’t above committing murder. He already killed Willow’s Father so who’s to say he would go easy on Nelle?
If he had feelings for her that would be one thing, but if it were all a ruse for freedom and he had no emotional connection to her then Shiloh would not think twice about offing Nelle. It would seem that Nelle has severely underestimated her new ‘friend’. Granted, Nelle is no victim, she herself has committed murder, but no one ever really thinks that Nelle may potentially be the victim of a crime.
