Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) also apologizes to Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab). If you missed it, let’s talk ‘General Hospital’ spoilers.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Confessions and apologies
So, Joss does actually confess the truth to Jax in this episode. He is not happy about this and feels that Joss is being forced into a potentially dangerous situation. Joss swears that she is totally on board with Dev being there and says she wants to help him. Jax isn’t so sure. He promises he will keep looking out for her better interests, but promises he has nothing against Dev personally.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: War of the dads
When Sonny arrives and Joss leaves, he immediately lays into Sonny for being a selfish person who is putting his daughter at risk. Sonny guesses that Jax knows about Dev now, and he confirms it. He is upset that Sonny had her lying and risked Joss’ safety, but Sonny is confused. He has no idea what he means. Jax points out that Dev was obviously in same danger back home. He worries that danger has, or will, follow him to Port Charles. Sonny looks like he can’t even with Jax right now, but Jax makes it clear that he will be doing what he feels is right for his daughter. Sonny asks what he’s planning to do, but Jax doesn’t answer as he walks out.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: On Peter’s trail
Also looking out for a loved one is Spinelli. He, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) all discuss the situation with Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) death. Spinelli apparently hasn’t been able to examine that recording yet, but they don’t stay idle. Jason and Sam explain how Dev told them Peter August (Wes Ramsey) had that duffle bag, but didn’t appear to be going to a gym. Sam thinks that doesn’t necessarily mean anything, but it’s definitely worth looking into. Especially since there are no gyms around the port.
There are two victories in this as they work the case. One, Spinelli’s associate gets back to him about the call trace. They know now it came from a burner phone and Spinelli’s associate is going to get back to them on where it was bought so they can check security footage.
The other victory comes after Damian Spinelli decides to follow the money by hacking his way into Peter’s back account. That was, of course, “for research purposes.” We love Spinelli. They learn about the withdraw he made the day Shiloh escaped and are happy they appear to be making headway.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Mom talk
Back at GH, Carly wakes from a dream of a baby crying and panics. She begs Bobbie Spencer to check on the baby. Bobbie returns and assures her that the baby is perfectly fine. Carly is relieved, but apologetic for panicking like that. Bobbie thinks that is something that never stops.
She also is a bit upset that Carly didn’t tell her about the baby’s issue. Carly thinks Bobbie had enough to worry about with her Type 2 diagnosis, but she assures Carly that there is always room on her plate for her kids.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: If anyone has any objections….
The wedding from Hell gets delayed, as Lulu is feeling bad. She really thinks that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and she need to talk. Now. Nina is upset about that, and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) begs Lulu to not do whatever it is she’s about to do. It’s Nina’s big day. All that makes her pause, but it’s Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) that makes Lulu chicken out. She agrees they can talk later and follows them into the church.
Inside, the ceremony has finally gotten started. Nina and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) have written their own vows. As Nina goes on about how he brought her daughter back to her, and Valentin talks about getting second chances and wanting to make Nina happy, Lulu finally seems to have enough. As the officiant asks the magic question, Lulu jumps to her feet and says there is something she needs to say.
Obviously, Nina is furious and a bit of an argument starts, but Lulu refuses to let this go on without saying what she has to say. They send Charlotte out of the room, much to the kid’s worry. Once Charlotte is out of there, Nina confronts Lulu for not letting her have one day. Lulu obviously feels bad, but she has to say it. She confesses to overhearing Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is not Nina’s daughter. As you can imagine, this sets off a big mess. It’s pointed out that Sasha passed multiple DNA tests, but Lulu insists she knows what she heard. As if to make this awkward moment worse, Nina turns to Sasha and tells her to settle this. Dang. The look on Sasha’s face is clearly saying she’d love to crawl in a hole right now.
