‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers indicate that Billy will go head-to-head with Phyllis about her actions, he will also tell Jack that they need to oust Phyllis from Jabot and get Kerry instead, Phyllis will attempt to defend her position. On top of all this, Phyllis is getting dumped by Nick, it seems! (Wow, seems to be ‘pick on Phyllis’ week!) However, one could argue that Phyllis brought it all on herself with her betrayal and all. Oy. Jack and Kerry seem to have come to a turning point. He is also planning to continue his plans for vengeance, he makes it plan to Billy and Kyle that Jabot needs to be in Abbott control again. Will this mean a possible takeover from Jack?

The Newman family grill Michael about his strategy and Victor pulls a Victor and proceeds to take matters into his own hands, while the rest of the Newmans plan their own defense strategy. Mia has a bedside confession to Lola that there was a case of mistaken identity, she didn’t mean to throw her in the pool and that if she doesn’t wake up, she can never forgive herself. Arturo hears the last part of this confession and instantly has his suspicions, but Mia covers herself really well. Meanwhile, Rey grows suspicious of Mia when he finds the other earring of Lola’s attacker in her jewelry box so much so that he becomes livid!
He reads her her Miranda Rights and cuffs her! So much for innocent until proven guilty! Kyle has to face the music after he confesses to Lola that he wasn’t just in it for the sex, that he wanted to wake up next to someone he loved (!! Aww!), he is then thrown out of Lola’s room by a very angry Arturo who warns him to stay away from her. You know what they say, Arturo, forbidden fruit is always the sweetest! Summer declares her love for Kyle, which just complicates things further ad adds more fuel to Arturo’s argument that Kyle betrayed Lola—wow, things are getting heated!
