WWE owner Vince McMahon is shopping around a memoir to publishers this week. A source has shared that the memoir is essentially his story about building the WWE into what it is. The source added that the deal could be imminent saying, “There have been other bios on him and WWE in the past, but this is very much his memoir told in his voice about his rise and life.”

Supposedly the book will be repped by literary agency Vigliano Associates, which is the same company behind sports stars like Mike Tyson, Mark Messier, and Kevin Garnett. Aside from the official McMahon memoir, another biography is slated to release next year, Abraham Riesman’s McMahon bio, “Ringmaster,” in early 2023.

WWE mastermind Vince McMahon took over his father’s wrestling promotion in 1982 and ended up transforming wrestling from a small, niche is was into a multi-billion dollar worldwide phenomenon. His WWE organization has given the world stars like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

McMahon is even still getting his feet wet by stepping into the ring himself, fighting his first official match in 10 years at WrestleMania 38 in April.

Whether you’re a fan of wrestling or not, McMahon is a fascinating character. How he was able to create such a huge empire from wrestling, mold these superstars that cross over into other media like television and movies, maintaining his own body into his 70s’ and having other companies try to replicate what he’s done with the WWE is incredible.

We assume the memoir is going to be full of interesting stories and things we have never heard before. Keep an eye out for it and we hope to read it soon.
