A woman has testified in court at a preliminary hearing this week, giving heartbreaking details about the night she allegedly woke to find the actor on top of her, raping her.
The woman, who goes by Jen B in court documents gave an hours long and tearful testimony, telling how she believes she was drugged by Masterson and, as she went in and out of consciousness, was raped by the That 70’s Show star.

The victim and Masterson were part of the Church of Scientology in the late 1990s and early 2000s. A former friend of her alleged rapist, Jen B was at Masterson’s house in April 2003, and accepted an alcoholic drink. It quickly became clear there was more in the drink than vodka as Jen B became weak and queasy within 20 minutes.
She testified that Masterson carried her upstairs, where she slipped in and out of consciousness but remembers Masterson soaping her naked body in the shower and raping her in his bed.
When the victim tried to weakly fight back, she alleged Masterson pulled a gun on her to threaten her.
Masterson’s lawyer, Thomas Mesereau cross examined Jen B, wanting to know why the gun was never mentioned in the police report she’d filed a year after the alleged attack. He also pointed out inconsistencies between the 2004 police report and a 2003 “knowledge report” that was presented to the church who took the matter in to its own hands, trying to mediate between the reported victim and perpetrator.
Jen B. also informed the court of the Church of Scientology’s policy, which would have declared her a “suppressive person” if she made a report against a member in good standing in the church, like Masterson.
“I would lose my family and everyone I knew,” she said.
Ultimately, 14 months later, she decided to report the alleged rape to the police anyway.
Jen B is expected to continue testifying throughout the week for the hearing that is expected to last four days.
45 year old Masterson has plead not guilty in this case, or in the other two rape by force or fear cases filed against him.
