Despite reports, it looks like Tampa Bay Buccaneer Tom Brady hasn’t made up his mind about retirement. According to sources, Brady has told the Buccaneers that he hasn’t made up his mind. It’s unknown when he’ll make an official announcement but fans are hoping to see him come back for one more run, but chances are, he’ll be retiring to spend more time with his family.

The news has been all over the place and we have no idea at this point. While ESPN first reported on Brady’s retirement on Saturday, citing unidentified sources, as well as Brady’s company posting a tweet, he has made no press conferences, videos, or announcements. Anything is still possible at this point.

However TB12sports deleted its tweet, and Brady’s agent, Don Yee, said the 44-year-old quarterback would be the only person to accurately express his future. The seven-time Super Bowl champion is under contract for 2022 but wants to spend more time with his wife and three children.

Brady led the NFL in yards passing (5,316), touchdowns (43), completions (485), and attempts (719), but the Buccaneers lost at home to the Rams last Sunday in the divisional round.

He’s widely considered the greatest football player of all time, regardless of position, and even people who hate him even recognize his talent, drive, and winning record. He’s also previously said that he’s wanted to play until he was 45, and at age 44, that would mean one more season for the Californian native.

Meanwhile, Ben Roethlisberger just retired, and Brady wrote, “Brady wrote: “Ben defied the TB12 Method in favor of the “Throw Some Ice On It” method his whole career, and ended up an all-time-great with 6 Pro-Bowls and 2 Super Bowls. There’s more than one way to bake a cake!”

What do you think? Could we see Brady return for one more season and do you think he would have a chance at taking his team to the Super Bowl again? Let us know in the comments below.
