‘The Young And The Restless (Y&R)’ spoilers show that while Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is going through some terrible trauma and struggling to acclimate back to a normal life, we can’t help but think about a certain therapist that might be able to help her.

However, as you may have imagined, that therapist is far too busy with another person. That certain person happens to be the son of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). While there should be someone helping Connor adapt to his father and mother no longer being together, and how he’s going to navigate that, there are about a million reasons why it shouldn’t be Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case).

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Sharon ‘The Therapist’ Rosales (Sharon Case) Doesn’t Have Time For Her Own Daughter?

Meanwhile, her own daughter was just kidnapped, held alone in a room, gave birth in said room, and is now having trouble having to part from the child and having PTSD about the event. Yet, her mother is nowhere to be found. Why? Wouldn’t Sharon be a bit more worried about her?

Remember when Sharon had breast cancer, and everyone gathered around her and Mariah was there around every corner. Where is that kind of support for Mariah? Why doesn’t she get a “Team Mariah”? Instead, people seem to be shrugging her off, and while Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) has brought it up from time to time about giving her space, why are they not getting her any kind of professional help?

I don’t understand how they could continue to watch her struggle and just say, “eh, she’ll get over it.” Mariah deserves better care than this, and I see no reason why Sharon isn’t there for it. It’s dumb and doesn’t make sense.

What do you think? What should they be doing for Mariah and why aren’t they helping her? Let us know in the comments below.
