TLC’s newest offering Extreme Sisters will be taking the coveted spot between a new season of juggernaut 90 Day fiancé and the franchise’s spin off, Pillow Talk. So what can viewers expect as they count down the hour between watching our favorite show and than watching others watching our favorite show?
TLC has a knack for finding people with deep psychological issues interesting quirks and Extreme Sisters looks to continue the trend.
Identical twins Brittany and Briana married identical twins Josh and Jeremy in a double wedding ceremony. Not only does the embodiment of a Double Mint commercial live together, they all four share a bank account.

The couples have also both recently had sons, only four months apart and though 5 month old Jett and 1 month old Jax are cousins, they are also are considered full genetic siblings DNA-wise.
Next we have sisters, 2 years apart in age who share the first name…what? Candace-Baylee is 22 while sister, Candace-Brooke is 24 and married. This doesn’t stop Baylee from sleeping in her sister’s bed, with Brooke and husband, Denver.
Being sane, Denver has an issue with this and is putting his foot down. Unfortunately he didn’t do so when he and wife Brooke were naming their child who now has the burden of sharing a first name with her mother and aunt. Poor baby Candace-Ace (no, that’s not a typo).
Up next are Anna and Lucy, twins from Sydney, Australia who must look alike no matter the cost. When one twin needs a tooth extraction for an actual dental reason, the other insists on uselessly having an extraction also.
Yup, these two share everything- including a boyfriend who wants to marry them both. Time to move to Utah, you guys.
Christina and Jessica are ‘psychic sisters’. The pair married around the same time, had kids around the same time, divorced around the same time and raise the cousins more like siblings. They predicted their mother’s death and like to meditate naked. Together.
Rounding up the group of Extreme Sisters are more twins, Patricia and Patrix. Patrix rarely spends time at her own apartment, spends a majority of her time at Patricia’s, being her literal right-hand-(wo)man.
Patricia was born with only her thumb and pinky finger on her right hand so Patrix helps with difficult situations such as cutting nails and applying makeup. Okay, that sounds kind of sweet…oh, no, this just in. Patricia has a husband who could help her out, but Patrix enjoys drying her sister’s body and biting her armpits… I’m out.
