On Welcome to Plathville, we have seen a lot of drama between the older Plath children and their parents, Kim Plath and Barry Plath. The oldest son, Ethan Plath is married to Olivia Plath and his parents have been giving her a hard time ever since they got married.
She is seen as a bad influence on not only him, but also his younger sister, Moriah Plath. There have been a lot of rumors lately that Ethan and Olivia splitting up, but Olivia wanted to put all of this at ease for her fans.
Welcome to Plathville: Olivia Plath Puts Rumors At Ease
The third season of Welcome to Plathville is coming up and in the trailer, it seems that Ethan and Olivia are fighting and this is something that fans saw and immediately thought they were breaking up.
The clip shows her say, “Every boundary was broken.” Then Ethan says, “I’m just so done with all of this.” This isn’t the first time that Olivia and Ethan have face some issues with his parents. Last season, she said that they have been, “dealing with narcissistic behavior, emotional, psychological and spiritual abuse every day.”
Olivia has been told by Kim and Barry, and their fans, that all she does is disrespect them and puts their beliefs down and doesn’t want her husband to live the way they do. She wants Ethan to be less conservative than they are, but it has taken a lot of hard work and patience to be in this family.
Through all of this, Olivia is still getting strange questions from her followers on social media and the questions have started coming in about how fans think that she and Ethan are not together.
One fan asked her, “Are you and Ethan still married? I never see your wedding ring.” Olivia was quick to tell that fan that that are still married.
She told the fan that she takes off her wedding ring when she cooks or hikes and most of the time, she just forgets to put it back on. She takes off her ring when she travels as well because she doesn’t want to lose it. She said, “You can come at me, but that’s the truth and it has nothing to do with commitment levels.”
She went on to say, “People comment on the fact that I don’t always wear my wedding ring and make so many assumptions. Sometimes I wear my ring, sometimes I don’t for two reasons: forgetfulness and I often don’t wear my ring when I travel solo and am afraid of damage, theft, or being forgetful and leaving it at a hotel.”
