A TikTok video has gone viral after a woman claimed that a policeman had been trying to harass her.

According to reports, the woman was going to be taking her son to the hospital in order to carry out a Covid-19 test. It was at this point that she realised a policeman was following her, and as such, she took various detours to try and avoid him.
That is when the policeman got suspicious and engaged with her. In the video here, we can see that the policeman is near the window of her car. During the course of the proceedings, the man makes it clear that he stopped the woman because she was speeding.
The woman denied doing anything of the sort, as the duo got into a heated argument. The officer demanded that she hand over her licence, so he could carry out the necessary checks.
The woman was reluctant to do so and asked the officer to check her number plate which would give him all the details that he required.
And yet, the policeman stated that he had done this but was still unable to ascertain her details. Thereafter, the policeman had allegedly arrested her.
In a statement after the event, she said: “The moment he told me I was going to be arrested, I turned my camera on because I needed evidence of what was going on and him harassing me.”
The video went viral with over 500,000 people watching it, and with that, there were plenty of people who had something to say on the matter. This begs the question, why was the policeman so insistent on trying to arrest her?
Well, the victim believes that this is part of an ongoing investigation in relation to something that had happened at her home where “a man lost his life, and the other man is in jail right now fighting for his life.”
As such, the authorities were looking to find something which would make her liable in any event. Her following comments confirmed as much: “They have been harassing me ever since because they want me to say things that I am not going to say.”
