Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) receives a scathing letter from Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) about her takeover of Newman Enterprises.
The question is: Will Summer actually find out what her good old grandfather, Victor Newman (Eric Braden), has done? It looks like the rules are different for the Mustache.
Meanwhile, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon Winters (Bryton James) confront Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) over her decision to team up with Victor for his kidnapping scheme.
Later, Phyllis and Lily have a fierce faceoff as they go after each other for their respective Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) betrayals.
Elsewhere, Phyllis takes the time to listen to Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) worries over Nick and Mariah.

Next, Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) and Devon receive some news that disturbs them. We assume Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) agrees to take the plea deal, and instead of going to prison, she’ll spend time at a mental facility.
Abby and Devon won’t like it, and the parents may have some residual trauma over Mariah’s kidnapping of Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark).
While Mariah is about to check herself into a psychiatric hospital, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Grazadei) are presented with the offer of a lifetime from Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian).
We’re guessing this may have something to do with music, as Danny may be trying to bring Daniel and Tessa back together.
In Vegas, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) scores some very dangerous drugs, including fentanyl. He’ll spiral out of control.
Unfortunately, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be too deeply involved in his plan to pose as Spider again.
Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) once again proves she’s truly Daddy’s little girl, as she defends his recent actions.

Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) catches Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) taking a stroll down memory lane with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Is she right to be worried that Aura may try to steal her man?
As Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) closes in on Nick, he devises his strategy to destroy him. Of course, this will lead to some Matt mayhem as Sharon fears for Nick’s safety.
Meanwhile, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) tries to pry the truth out of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) regarding his time on the yacht with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk).
